  3. For more complex issues, we will contact you within one working day and provide a suitable solution within three working days.

Not satisfied with the outcome?

If you’re not satisfied with the proposed solution, you can submit your complaint again by contacting us. If we’re unable to come to an agreement, you can refer your complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
